When Clarke was seventeen, she was whisked away to a magical kingdom named Oratoria. This has been largely irrelevant to her throughout her twenties — just one of those embarrassing teenage things. The one exception to this is loud, brash and regal: her housemate and erstwhile rival, the ex-Princess Allegra. It’s been a year of peaceful cohabitation, but as Clarke is forced to resolve her feelings for her former nemesis, things are about to get tense.
